1. All our items are customized.
2. By placing your order you accept that we work on the design as requested or designed by this server. Therefore, no changes can be made.
3. If you decide to place an order it is because you like our work. The order is free and voluntary.

Refund policy

1. Once you place the order, cancellations are not accepted.
2. If you have any problems, you can contact us within 24 to 48 hours.
3. If any item is missing, send a message with your name, order number and telephone number.

Orders received policy

1. Once the order is received, we will be contacting you via email. If no response is received, the order will be cancelled. There will be no refund.
2. There may be slight imperfection on the products as they are created by hand.

Shipping Policies

Warranty
